The Challenge
In addition to their in-house IT support team, oktra sought a specialist partner with deep expertise in Autodesk 3ds Max, CPU and GPU technologies, and third-party rendering software to support their growing 3D design and visualisation team.
To accelerate production workflows, oktra needed an optimised technology solution tailored to their growing 3D design team. Their brief was to find a partner with a deep understanding of their department’s daily workflow and support requirements – one that could deliver the right software and hardware, alongside a monthly support contract. This included expertise in CPU and GPU rendering, Autodesk 3ds Max, and third-party visualisation tools.
Collaborative consultation and proposal
NTI conducted a series of presentations and in-person meetings with oktra’s IT Manager, Digital Construction Director, 3D Visualisers, and our own technical team to discuss and refine the proposed solution. These sessions covered hardware upgrades, software licensing, and a tailored monthly support package, ensuring alignment with the team’s technical and operational requirements.
