Will there be a blackout period for Autodesk orders?
Due to the transition to the new buying experience and required system integrations, there will be a blackout period between 9th – 15th September, where orders can’t be processed. We kindly ask you to consider if you may need additional subscriptions or seats in the blackout period and place these orders by September 6th at 12:00 at the latest. Orders received after this deadline will be handled through the new buying experience starting September 16th.

Why is Autodesk making this change and what are the benefits for you?

What can I do to prepare?
Please contact your NTI Bluegfx account manager for support in setting up your account and ensuring you get started correctly.

How do I buy additional Autodesk software or make changes to my existing licenses?
You can continue to buy Autodesk software with NTI Bluegfx. Reach out to your NTI Bluegfx contact person for a quote. Once confirmed, the order will be placed with Autodesk, who will send you a confirmation email.

We are a governmental institution. Does the new buying experience apply to us?
As a government customer, you can stay with your current setup or explore the new business model. Governmental institutions can proceed without change. If you would like to know more about the new business model, please contact your NTI Bluegfx representative.

How to handle an upcoming renewal?
We will contact you about any upcoming renewals as usual. If you have any questions before then, please contact us.

Can NTI Bluegfx help to manage my licenses?
Yes, we can. Please reach out to NTI Bluegfx.

Will it be possible to renew all Autodesk licenses on the same day?
Yes. Please contact NTI Bluegfx for support.

How will I be able to renew third-party solutions?
As always, anything outside of Autodesk products will still be handled by NTI Bluegfx.

Will anything change with Autodesk Flex tokens?
No, it remains the same for now.

Do I need to change the account details I use for payment?
For your Autodesk purchases, you will need to be able to pay Autodesk directly and will need to use their payment details to do so. Reach out to your NTI Bluegfx account manager for more info on vendor set up.

What payment terms are available from Autodesk?
Payment options may differ by country. These include: Invoice (30-day payment terms available subject to your account approval); Direct Debit; PayPal; Credit Card.

Do we get instant access when paying with an invoice via our Autodesk account?
Yes, please accept the quote and choose the payment method. Once completed, you will gain access.

Will NTI Bluegfx add-ons, training, services, etc., be visible on the Autodesk quote?
No, it will be a separate quote. Autodesk does not control the additional value we offer to you.

Will Autodesk be able to reference a purchase order on an invoice?
When selecting the “pay by invoice” option, you can enter your purchase order information directly in the payment portal.

What if we have specific payment net terms today?
“Pay by invoice” is available for eligible businesses with quotes totalling £1000 or more, allowing you to pay through a net term period like before.

Yes, we will continue to offer expert advice and guidance on Autodesk and other solutions to meet your business and user needs.
